On Sunday I set out for a job that was a special surprise. The mom-to-be, Kelsi, is quite excited for baby Odin to join her and dad-to-be, Dan. They are ready for the baby and were obviously expecting the shower. What they didn't know, was that some of their closest friends had purchased a gift certificate for a photo session of the soon-to-be baby.

Angie, who was in charge of the preparations and did an amazing job coordinating all details of the party, is a bliss to be around - and I figured her friends would be too. So I ended up inviting myself to cover the baby shower as a surprise for the couple.

Kelsi and Dan have a ton to celebrate and look forward to. See, they just got engaged over Christmas, are expecting baby Odin in a month or so, and are most likely in full wedding prep mode.
