When Jean told me she needed new headshots I got very excited to work with her.

See, I have met dozens and dozens of people, nearing a hundred, just through networking and photographing professional headshots, and it's amazing how everyone seems to know who Jean is, and not only that, they really admire her.

I had the pleasure of attending a couple of her speaking engagements and could tell she was good: very smart, always looks her best, and is one of the nicest people you'll meet.

An Authorized Duct Tape Marketing Consultant with Marketing Systems by Design (her own company), Jean is also the VP and CFO of another company (The Janitorial Store), both alongside her husband Steve. As a team and with Jean's vast experience, they have worked hard and created a formula for succeeding in the cleaning business market, as well as enabling other small businesses to implement strategy-based marketing systems.

On a gorgeous Sunday morning, they opened their beautiful Otsego home to Chris (my hubby and assistant), Sarah Elizabeth (whom I recommend for hair and makeup for my photos) and I. The session was a breeze. They had great outfits selected, followed directions very well and we were all very happy with the results.
