It was tons of fun doing a photo session with real estate agents Karen Rue and Paula Gulliford of Edina Realty, along with their team of Jessica, Noel and Deborah.  These talented realtors have offices in Saint Paul and a great history connecting people to the perfect home. My job was to connect them to the perfect photos.

They wanted photos that would stand out from the many faces of realtors in the area. Jen Jones of Whip-Smart Marketing Communications is their website designer and arranged the shoot to get some special images of the team for the new website they are launching.

A friend of Karen’s lent them her lovely home in Burnsville for the shoot. Karen and Paula specialize in mid-century homes and we included the beautiful aspects of the home in the session to showcase their experience with this type of residence.

Another special reason for this shoot was that Karen and Paula, who have been business partners for the past 13 years, are expanding their team and rebranding, and the photos will help introduce everyone. Jen was really the bright mind behind the session because she was ready with a strong concept for the photos and helped to coordinate the details and the shot list.

Right after the shoot was over I received an email from Jen that read:

“Laine, What a day. Such fun! The clients seemed at ease and the photos I saw were fantastic. Thank you. Delightful to work with you, Chris, and Meg. I can’t wait to see all the money shots you captured.”

I think back on how the whole group was relaxed and prepared, letting their warmth and personality show through in the shots we took that day. The resulting photos look fantastic and they have finalized their selection.
