Week Vacation in Florida (Bonita Springs & Key West) Part 2 of 2 - Travel Photography

The second part of our vacation resumed in Bonita Springs again. We enjoyed downtime and relaxing in the house. Watched movies and ate our way through the fridge - that's what a vacation entitles me.
The weather was not cooperating, but we decided to bundle up and brave it while taking a charter out for fishing. I tell you - the first and last time I went fishing, I must have been 8. I was excited and ready to reel in a big one*:
Ok, it wasn't big. Neither we kept or ate it, but we did feed it to the eagles. :)
We also encountered some dolphins - which was my favorite part of the ride. The captain would go on deep water and slowly raise these waves that would make the dolphins jump and hit the water with a loud splatter. It was so cool!
And we also saw some more critters in the backwaters:
After a couple of days, the weather got a bit warmer and we decided to hit the beach.
There are quite a few options from where we were staying, but few things beat free parking, so we went to the beach we usually go to: Barefoot Beach. It's small and full of shells. I always find tons of things to photograph when I'm there.
And last but not least, our last sunset at the beach:
Now back home. The snow awaits.
Thanks for reading!
