Deb and I met a long time ago, when I first started working with WIN, sometime last year. We kept in touch all this time but it wasn't until a couple weeks ago that we gladly got around to working together.

She shot me an e-mail and booked her head shots at her own home, in Saint Paul. I arrived at the same time as this other lady, who remained in her car, despite me standing in front of her house. I thought it was Deb, just coming in from her previous appointment, so I waited just outside the home. Since she was on the phone, I thought maybe she hadn't seen me. After a while, I finally decided to go ahead and ring the bell, thinking maybe I was mistaken and that was not Deb. To my surprise, Deb opened the door! After we say our hellos, the other lady comes out of her car and, to my even bigger surprise, it was Deb's daughter, who resembles Deb and is a lovely young woman by the name of Alyssa. Soon after, she confessed she avoided me thinking I was a door-to-door sales person! LOL

We laughed this story off and Alyssa was kind enough to help me bring in the equipment, which I had left in the car until I could find where Deb lived. We hauled everything in and right away I met their two kitties - I love pets!

Professional photo session

Deb was all ready, wearing the black top you see above, with her hair soft and youthful and her subtle makeup complementing her slim face. We talked a bit and had a brief consultation on what kind of picture she would like, what time of business she works with (Deb is a Rodan & Fields Independent Consultant) and browsed through some of her accessories.

Our head shot session was split into three different moments, with three different outfits (picked by Alyssa) and styles. Taken with all natural lighting and in her own backyard, we ended up enjoying some wonderful weather on her patio. I even got an awesome assistant to help me out - thank you, Alyssa! It was great to meet you!
